Gavin is not much of a reader. People learn to read through school or at home when their parents or guardians read to them and teach them how to read. People read because they think the book is better than the movie, or the books help them escape the real world, or they just enjoy reading. The hardest part of reading is sitting still and concentrating. Gavin looks for books that are documentaries because Gavin enjoys history. Gavin doesn't read much. Gavin doesn't enjoy reading.
Gavin doesn't enjoy writing either. He learned how to write at school, and practiced with reading road signs. People learn to write at school. People write because they want to get their feelings out, our provide entertainment to themselves, or others. To write well Gavin believes all you need is good grammar, and spelling. Gavin enjoys historical writings, and research. Gavin decides what to write about when he finds something that inspires him, or something he feels strongly about. Gavin rarely writes at home. Gavin believes that whenever he does read that his writings are good.
